What do you guys use to get rid of period stains in your pants and underwear?

because i have some jeans that i messed up and i washed it in warm water and it didnt do anything to the stain so now im afraid to wash these other jeans that i just ruined. what should i do?

 i sprayed stain sick on mine and left it and now i cant get it out.
