When my car died on me and have to sent to garage for repair for days. Renting a car will be a hassle. Taking a cab is too expensive here in my country if compared paying for the fuel for the distances I have to travel if I have a car. Bus will be packed full and time wasting. Trains will be packed too and it doesn't stop right outside my house.

I have my own transport for 12years. Rode a bike when I was younger and now a car. Without my transport is = no legs. HANDICAP! That's why I hate public transport!

Travel time.  I have used it on occasion to and from work and the travel time is the biggest negative for me.  It works just fine when I am not in a hurry.  At times it is overcrowded but that does depend on the time.  I experimented with public transportation before gas prices went up.

people waiting for bus then when the bus comes they board

THEN THEY START fishing around for the fare! why cant the

have the fare ready before they board?

or asking passeneger for change when they had been waiting in front

a business that could have given them change in the first place

It's not frequent enough, so you have to wait too much.

when your eating like something and you get inside and the driver makes you throw it away i hate when that happens

Nasty, noisy people and people using mobile telephones

All the rif-raff and people who have never heard of bathing or deodorant that they let ride on it.

That and the way it impedes traffic flow.
