  1. Mechanical Engineering is basically anything that moves and is metal.

    Know you core Newtonian physics concepts and you should be fine.

  3. Well, to be good at mechanical engineering, you need to be good at the technical skills, such as math and physics.

    However, to be GREAT at mechanical engineering, you need to be good at communication skills, such as writing, speaking and listening.  

    Oddly, technical skills can actually take a second tier to that, as long as you have them.

    Solve as many problems as possible, aquire the ability of understanding laws and apply them. Free hand sketch. hand reports an homeworks.



    Practical life :

    Just some drawing'drafting skills and again Free hand sketch, ability to calculate basic calculations, abstract data from tables and charts, read and write reports, good computer interface familiarity
