What do you have to dissect in General Zoology?

I am signing up for General Zoology and it says I will be doing alot of dissecting, before anyone says anything NO it does not list what we will doing. I am trying to find out what is kind of the general animals most schools dissect during this class? I am trying to prepare myself early eek !

  1. I'm sure if differs school to school , but in my Animal Biology class we dissected the following: worm, grasshopper, squid, starfish, frog, fish, shark, pigeon, rat


  2. it depends.you may have to encounter getting to dissect:

    frogs

    lizards

    cockroaches

    brains of different animals(differs every year)

    and occasionally,you have to dissect mammals like a real,dead fox

  3. some possibilities: fetal pig, rat, frog, sea cucumber, worm, sheeps brain.
