  1. h**l no.

    their policies and procedures.

dont worry. they won't penalizing or dock your pay if have a little trouble with training. and if they got the audacity to be they are  fussy and picky and need to chill out

  2. I recon you might want to get familar with all the different flavors Dumbkid Doughnuts has to offer its' patron. As well go through a list of questions that you may have to ask like; "What size of coffee do you want Sir?", Or you might have to ask; "What size of coffee would you like Maam?". Also practice the desperate plee such as; "I'm sorry we are all out of that!", Or perhaps; "SIR you forgot your change!.....SIR, your change!". If you can grasp just a few of these essentials, you will probably be able to take over the joint when your boss sells out. It's one heck of a proud feeling to know your helping people awake, helping keeping people awake or just filling a gap in their stomachs with sugar and dough! The unsung Heros.

  3. They train you to count to 12 and put them into a box.

They also train you to open the PRE-MEASURED coffee and put it into the coffee maker. And remind you not to forget to put the pot under the drip.

In other words, it's not rocket science -- you don't need textbooks.

  4. mmmmm. donuts. :)

I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to work there. I would want to eat the whole time.

  5. tell you to eat as many donuts as possible in 10 min... jk

  6. I worked there for four years.  My first day of training was watching DVDs that had both Dunkin Donuts information and Baskin Robbins information.  The most you need to know is this:  small coffees have two sugars, two pumps of cream, mediums have three and large=4.  Mostly people tell you how they want their coffee.  I was nervous when I first started working there, but its easy and it goes by fast.  By your second shift you will feel fine.  Also the bakers make the donuts.  All you really need to do is listen to the customer.

  7. They probably just show you how to make and dunk donuts I am thinking. It probably does not require a lot of studying!

  8. Follow all directions completely as they are taught to you. I,m sure you'll have recipe's that you'll have to follow.
