you go to mount coronet and fight team galactic and then you get to fight two on two versus jupiter and mars i think and you rival is your partner and then you fight cyrus  and beat him then after that you get to fight dialga or palkia depending on your game and you can cathc them if you want to and then you can go and get the rest of the gym badges and then go on to the pokemon league
