You have to go to the school and ask what are the conditions for a schorlarship. For some schools it's different, some require a project to be done whereas some have exams. It shouldn't be top 10%, 'cause thats really low.. It's usually the highest mark out of the population. (Usually it's only a few people) -- But sometimes it's different, some schools give 'small' portions of scholarships to everyone, for eg.. they give daniel 30% off his fees, 10% off for maggie.. etc etc

All you do is go to the school and ask.. don't be shy. If not, go on their website.. sometimes it has it on there
