What do you have to do when you take the Stuyvesant swim test?

I'm not a great swimmer, but I can get by. I was just wondering what you needed to do to pass the Stuyvesant swim test. What strokes do they test you on? Is it hard? Answers from people who took the test would be most helpful, thanks.

mostly lap swimming and treading water. i thought it was hard, and ima lap swimmer
