In a 2 point game with a little over 2 mins left who took over and led the USA to the gold? KOBE. Not Lebron, not Cp3, they all looked like they were going to choke and kobe was involved in every play, he had his hands in 15 points of the last 2 mins.. Wade played amazing and kept us in it early but at the end it was KOBE's leadership and love to play under the pressure won the game. No one else would had step up in those last 2 mins. Love him or hate him you have to respect what he just did for OUR country and admit his talent and poise under pressure like no one else in the world. He had the desire and no one was taking this from him. Boston got lucky. Kobe will win a ring with Bynum and Gasol. Gasol looked amazing and dominated Bosh and Howard. With Bynum back healthy and Gasol @ PF LO back @ SF the Celtics better enjoy their one ring LA 2009 BRING IT ON. Kobe put off surgery for the gold and will have the ring in 09,10,11... I hope to see Lebron in the finals

I understand you're a Kobe fan but man, you are very biased. Wade provided the spark and created the lead when the USA team was stagnant. James and Bryant wasn't much of a help in the beginning with foul troubles. Every quarter of the game is equally as important, the end is not more important than the beginning or vice versa. Players must commit to 40 minutes (in the Olympics). Kobe took most of the last shots because the team decided to make that decision and Kobe wanted to take the shots more than anyone. Kobe was great at the end and he was great but I look at the overall performance of the game. Wade was the better player. It's seems you're taking credit away from Wade with the " but it was Kobe's leadership and love to play under the pressure won the game"
