What do you hum at the boundary, or while batting or bowling... if at all?

Dear Friends of the YA cricket section,

In my experience in excruciatingly slow matches fielding at the boundary can become tiresome. In such occasions I have often hummed songs to myself.

Sometimes we hum while batting or bowling.

What tunes or songs do you commonly hum to yourself, when bored, tired or anxious while playing cricket or in general?

In other words name some catchy tunes that stay in your mind.

There not the words its just the tune.

Long time no see (your intresting questions & answers) anyway, when i bat or bowl, i normally go by this tune or phase that inspires me to bowl for wickets or bat for boundaries:

"We'll never give up this fight in Cricket

Until we reach our destiny

We will never give up our goal to win

And show the oppostion what Sri Lanka Cricket can be.

Amen."

This phase or tune somehow gets me eager for wickets within & without for wickets or runs.

its from a pakistani band called "strings".....the song has nothing to do with cricket or a boring situation but i  just cant get it out of my head....

I usually stand in the slips so I'm much more prone to talking to the people near me and having fun with the batters by telling them how bad I think they are lol. If I do start singing (which is rarely) it usually depends on what mood I'm in. Most of the time it's just cheesy pop songs or something I've made up.

I usually hum the latest Bollywood sensation song. At the moment it's "SINGH IS KING". Whenever theres a boundry it's "Chakde India"!!

Well when fielding at the boundary during a boring match i usually nibble on some almond that i have stored in my pocket and i usually sing/hum "My Love" from Justin Timberlake or

"Sun is shining" from Bob Marley
