  1. your little guy has a really ugly chin did you know that?

i think its impossilbe to tell. also cos u phrazesd such a vague question. thers a book called Higher Education, i forget whos it by, that i think is very realistic. its aobut 1) deterioration of public edu, and B) space mining etc. space travel. very good.

i hope its like Star Trek: the next generation, and i hope its soon cos living on earth (especailly teh town we're in <> u know wht i mean) is really boring and suckish.

its teh third milllenium where are our flying cars?

i dont think we'll have flying robot-controlled cars for at least another 100 years.

  2. Here are my favourite techno wishes:

    -- A high definition 3D television

-- A talking computer but not with a robotic voice.  I have worked with a program that is excellent but it is very expensive.

-- A computer that understands human speech like "open a new tab", or "close the browser", but flawlessly.

--  An engine that allows a rocket to go to Mars in 2 months (hard)

-- A medical scanner like in Star Trek (a tricorder).

-- A microchip inserted under the skin that understand limited commands just by thinking about it, like "Unlock the door",  "Start the car"

-- A machine that produce high volume of fresh water from sea water.

And I am leaving aside all the medical discoveries.

  3. I see in the not-too-distant--future that information will be passed around as digital information.

Rental places will not rent out discs or cassette/vhs tapes, but will rent out memory cards.

CDs and cassette tapes, too will be gone.

Hard to say about magazines and newspapers, though. . .
