  1. the dajjal is also known as the jewish king

about forty days before judgement day, he will emerge from around iran and he will have enormous power. he will declare himself as jesus christ.

he will be blind in his left eye, there will be a thick fingernail like object in his right eye and he will have a weatish complexion.

the prophet saw has been reported to have said: " i have explained Dajjal to you, but i fear that you might now have understood. Masih Dajjal will be short and his legs will be crooked, his hair will be curly and twisted."

  2. Dajjal is not a literal being.  It is a metaphor for the influences of materialism and money.  Dajjal will be sharp in his left eye (i.e materialism) but blind in his right eye (i.e. spirituality).  He will be a disbeliever in Islam (i.e. the atheism you see spreading).  The descriptions are many, including the fire breathing donkey, but to take them literally would be to miss the entire point of the warning given to us by the Prophet (sa).

love for all, hatred for none

  3. The Dajjaal will be a man from among the sons of Adam. He will have many attributes which were described in the ahaadeeth to acquaint people with him and to warn them of his evil. So when he comes, the believers will know him and will not be misled by him; they will know his features which the Truthful One (the Prophet) (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has told us about. These features will distinguish him from other people, so that no one will be deceived by him except those who are ignorant and whose doom has already been decreed. We ask Allaah to keep us safe and sound.

    Among these attributes are:

He will be a young man with a ruddy complexion, short, with thick curly hair, a wide forehead, and broad upper chest, blind or defective (mamsooh) in the right eye. This eye will be neither prominent nor sunken, and will look like a floating grape.

His left eye will be covered with a thick piece of flesh growing at the edge of his eye. Written between his eyes will be “Kaaf faa’ raa’ (K-F-R)”, in separate (Arabic) letters, or “kaafir”, with the letters joined. This will be read by every Muslim, literate or illiterate.

Another of his characteristics will be that he will be sterile, with no children born to him.

There follow some of the saheeh ahaadeeth in which the above attributes are mentioned. These ahaadeeth form part of the evidence (daleel) concerning the emergence of the Dajjaal:

From ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

‘Whilst I was sleeping, I saw myself performing Tawaaf around the Ka’bah, when I saw a dark man with straight hair, standing between two other men, with water dripping from his head. I asked, “Who is this?” They said, “The son of Maryam.” Then I turned and saw a ruddy-complexioned man, well built, with curly hair, blind in his right eye, with his eye looking like a floating grape. I asked, “Who is this?” They said, “This is the Dajjaal.” The person who looks most like him is Ibnu Qatan.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 6508; Ibn Qatan was a man from Banu Mustalaq from Khuzaa’ah).

It was also narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) mentioned the Dajjaal to the people and said:

“Allaah is not one-eyed, but the false messiah (al-maseeh al-dajjaal) is one-eyed, blind or defective in his right eye, with his eye looking like a floating grape…” (narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 3184).

In the lengthy hadeeth narrated by al-Nawwaas ibn Sam’aan (may Allaah be pleased with him) it says: the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) mentioned the Dajjaal one morning. Sometimes he described him as insignificant and sometimes he described him as so significant that we thought that he was in the cluster of date-palm trees…” One of the features of the Dajjaal that he described was:

“He will be a young man with very curly hair, with his eye floating. It is as if he looks like ‘Abd al-‘Uzza ibn Qatan.” (Narrated by Muslim, no. 5228)

It was narrated from ‘Ubaadah ibn al-Saamit (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“I have told you so much about the Dajjaal that I fear you will not understand. The Dajjaal will be a short man, pigeon-toed, with curly hair. He will be one-eyed, with his eye neither prominent nor sunken. If you become confused about him, then remember that your Lord is not one-eyed.” (Narrated by Abu Dawood, no. 3763. This hadeeth is saheeh – Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer, no. 2455).

Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

‘… as for the false messiah, he will be one-eyed, with a wide forehead and broad upper chest, and he will be hunchbacked…’” (Narrated by Ahmad, no. 7564).

Hudhayfah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

‘The Dajjaal will be one-eyed, blind or defective in his left eye, with thick hair. He will have with him a paradise and a h**l, but his h**l will be a paradise and his paradise will be a h**l.’” (Narrated by Muslim, no. 5222).

According to the hadeeth of Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“No Prophet was sent but he warned his people about the one-eyed liar. He is one-eyed, but your Lord is not one-eyed, and between his eyes will be written ‘kaafir.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 6598). According to another report: “Written between his eyes will be ‘kaaf faa’ raa’.’” (Muslim, no. 5219) According to a report narrated by Hudhayfah, “This will be read by every believer, literate or illiterate.” (Muslim, no. 5223).

From the apparent meaning, this writing will be real, and the fact th

  4. Muslims and Christians believe that jesus will come back shortly before judgment day and they who believes in God should follow him.

However, the anti christ is supposed to appear before jesus and he will try to deceive people by his super powers similar to those of jesus like curing sick people and reviving dead people to make them follow him, he will even use his super powers to torture those who refuse to follow him ..

How to tell the difference will be mainly decided by what are his teachings and actions, Jesus will be more forgiving and he will never harm any one. any one who has belief in his heart (from any religion) would be able to tell the difference then.

  5. I know that he's handsome

  6. written between his eyes: KAFIR, only Muslims can see it.

  7. A fiction.

  8. He will have the word Kaffir on his forehead.

He is blind in his right eye.

He will appear between Syria and Iraq.

He will travel 40 days preaching.

  9. he will try to deceive us with his "miracles"

  10. he is impersonating Isa, PBUH, and when jesus comes back to earth, he will fight him.

  11. There are many Ahadith that describe Dajjal in a lot of detail. But there is one fact mentioned in two Ahadith that remains overlooked many times. There is a long Hadith in Sahih Muslim in which around 70 Companions of the Prophet Pbuh actually saw the dajjal. They were going on a ship when their ship was wrecked by a storm. They landed on a nearby island. Over there, they saw an animal which was totally covered with hair. That animal talked to them in tongue and called himself as "Jasoos". That animal directed the Companions to a place where a man was supposed to meet them. He was a fat man who was chained. He was pop-eyed. He asked the Sahaaba about date palms in Baisaan whether they are yielding fruit or not. The Sahaaba replied that they are. He said that soon they shall not be doing so. He asked the Sahaaba about a river in Tibristaan or Tiber whether it still has water in it. The Sahaaba said that it is filled with water. He said that soon it shall be empty of water. Then he asked the Sahaaba a few questions. He asked whether so and so Prophet  (referring to Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) had come. The Sahaaba replied in affirmative. Then he said that when the date palms stop yielding fruit, when the river is empty and when the last Prophet has passed away, I will be released from here. He claimed to be the Dajjal and he said that he would rule the earth for forty days. He would claim to be the Lord, and people would follow him. When the Sahaaba returned, Tamim Daari narrated the whole incident to the Prophet. And the Prophet agreed that they saw the true dajjal.

EDIT: Dajjal is one of the greater signs of the Day of Judgment that is mentioned in Ahadith with a lot of detail. But despite the clarity of the Ahadith, there still are misconceptions about the sign that has existed for a long time.

The Qaidani (Ahmadi) cult played an active role in polluting the concept of dajjal in Islam. It is amusing to know that Ghulam Ahmad himself was one of the 'Dajjals' that the Holy Prophet (Pbuh) prophesised about! He is one of the false messengers who are referred to as "dajjal" by the Holy Prophet (Pbuh)

The Holy Prophet (Pbuh) called the false prophets Dajjall as well. Because one of the meaning of the word Dajjal is liar. And all the people claiming to be prophets after Holy Prophet (Pbuh) are nothing but big liars including Ghulam Ahmad.

  12. : At the time of Dajjal's appearance there would be very few pious people but disputes and differences would be rife.

: The followers of Dajjal would comprise mainly women and also Jews.

: Dajjal will appear to be young with curly hair, skin the colour of wheat, both his eyes defective with the one blind and the right popping out. On his forehead would be written 'Kafir', every Believer, even illiterate, will be able to read it.

: He will be mounted upon an donkey, would travel around the world carrying mischief and devastation.

: Dajjal will be accompanied by two shaitaans who would converse with man.

: Only Hazrat Eesa(AS) would have the power and ability to destroy Dajjal.

: Dajjal's fitnah will last for forty days, one day of which will be equal to a year, another day would equal a month and a third day will equal one week. The reamaining days normal.

: Hazrat Eesa(AS) will kill Dajjal at the gate of 'Lud' which is in Israeli-occupied Palestine.

  13. (Anti-Christ) bracketed tells me that this is not a translation but an interpretation and/or a misunderstanding that is being forced on the reader, and you must therefore prove that Dajjal is anti-christ since sheikhs have corrupted Quran with an abundance of their own whims and fancies to make Islam a part of Christianity and vice versa.

What does Anti-Christ have to do with Allah since Christ is not Allah or son of Allah and Allah is One?

Muslims must stop making Islam a form of Chrislam and must know the Bible is not Book and not revelation and Nazaara were not Christians but Helpers.

Allah describes looking for hidden meanings as a form of hypocrisy.

    Let Muslims be Muslims!

    Worship none but Allah!

  14. Dajjal will be an evil figure. He is to appear pretending to be Jesus at a time in the future, before Yawm al-Qiyamah (The Day of Resurrection, Judgement Day).

He will have one eye damaged and the other will be working.

He will have the word " kafir" on his forehead

Dajjal will gather an army of those he has deceived and lead them in a war against Jesus, who shall be accompanied by an army of the righteous people.

He will appear somewhere between Syria and Iraq, at which time Jesus will return and Imam Mahdi will defeat ad-Dajjal in Palestine. He will travel the whole world in forty days preaching his falsehood but will be unable to enter Mecca or Medina.

    A Summery

Sahih Muslim No. 7015 An-Nawwas b. Sam'an reported that Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) made a mention of the Dajjal one day in the morning. ........He (Dajjal) would be a young man with twisted, contracted hair, and a blind eye. I compare him to 'Abd-ul-'Uzza b. Qatan. He who amongst you would survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Sura Kahf (xviii.). He would appear on the way between Syria and Iraq and would spread mischief right and left. O servant of Allaah! adhere (to the path of Truth). We said: Allaah's Messenger, how long would he stay on the earth? He said.. For forty days, one day like a year and one day like a month and one day like a week and the rest of the days would be like your days. We said: Allaah's Messenger, would one day's prayer suffice for the prayers of day equal to one year? Thereupon he said: No, but you must make an estimate of time (and then observe prayer). We said: Allaah's Messenger, how quickly would he walk upon the earth? Thereupon he said: Like cloud driven by the wind. He would come to the people and invite them (to a wrong religion) and they would affirm their faith in him and respond to him. He would then give command to the sky and there would be rainfall upon the earth and it would grow crops. Then in the evening, their posturing animals would come to them with their humps very high and their udders full of milk and their flanks stretched. He would then come to another people and invite them. But they would reject him and he would go away from them and there would be drought for them and nothing would be lef t with them in the form of wealth.

He would then walk through the waste, land and say to it: Bring forth your treasures, and the treasures would come out and collect (themselves) before him like the swarm of bees. He would then call a person brimming with youth and strike him with the sword and cut him into two pieces and (make these pieces lie at a distance which is generally) between the archer and his target. He would then call (that young man) and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming (with happiness) and it would at this very time that Allaah would send Christ, son of Mary, and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damscus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it. Every non-believer who would smell the odour of his self would die and his breath would reach as far as he would be able to see. He would then search for him (Dajjal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd and would kill him. Then a people whom Allaah had protected would come to Jesus, son of Mary, and he would wipe their faces and would inform them of their ranks in Paradise and it would be under such conditions that Allaah would reveal to Jesus these words:

    ........"

  18. He will have the word Kaffir on his forehead.

He is blind in his right eye.

  19. Some scholars say that Dajjal may be a group of people, or an individual.

Also some scolar say that hazrat Mahdi may be a group of ppl too.

Hazrat Mahdi and Isa (a.s.) will fight and defeat him.

  20. Masih ad-Dajjal (Arabic: الدّجّال, literally "The Impostor"), is an evil figure in Islamic eschatology. He is to appear pretending to be Jesus at a time in the future, before Yawm al-Qiyamah (The Day of Resurrection, Judgment Day). It is said that he will have one eye damaged and the other will be working. It is also said that he will have the word " kafir" on his forehead.
