  1. Pretty much the best real life self defense out there. When you learn Krav you WILL be better equipped to face anything on the streets better than any other martial art, unless you are a black belt master or something.

Krav is for real people in real life situations, I believe ALL women should take atleast one Krav self defense seminar.

There are no rules, we hit the nuts, eyes, throat, solar plex whatever. Our aim is self perservation and do it in the most effective way.

Its very easy and actually really fun. Unlike many other martial arts, you learn to defend against every possible attack, be it, punches, kicks, choke holds, ground fighting, stick, knife or gun attacks. With in a year of normal training you will be good enough to defend your self against almost any idiot on the street.

Plus its real life, meaning, when you train, you will get attacked when you least expect it, i.e. for one of our bear hug (from behind), and side head lock training, our instructor (Leslie Martinez North American Instructor of the year 2006 and 07) took us to a dark parking lot, made us walk around with c**p load of people around us. Now these people would act erratic, like yell at you all of a sudden, just talk to you or just stare you down. Now we had to defend so we werent dealing with the starers or the yellers, just the ones attacking, and attckers could be any one standing around, walking with us, the yellers, the starers or any body. So there was VERY little perdictability, and although we were on our toes, it was as close to real life as possible. By the way if we didnt defend our self against the first attacker RIGHT AWAY a second helper would come over to make it harder.

Lemme know if you have any questions.

  2. It f*cks you up,watch any of the Bourne movies

  3. its an over rated load of c**p thats marketed very well so as to part fools from there money.

  4. I know that it's a self-defense technique developed by the Israeli Army. It's purely for self-defense and uses leverage and your surroundings to help gain an advantage over the attacker so you can escape after disarming/incapacitating them.
