Thanks for your extensive answer Scorpian, you seem to have much experience. I have been working on the spiritual and physical aspects of depression (working out, meditating, etc.) for a while, and it definitely helps, but I still have a very big problem with sleeping far too much. It seems like no matter what I do I end up sleeping for at least 10 hours a day! It's such a waste, but I just can't seem to get up. If I try to drag myself out of bed, I get dizzy, feel sick, and can't get anything done anyway. As far as diet, I eat pretty healthy- not a big fan of junk food. Do these symptoms point to a more specific path I should take? You gave me so many options that I just want to pick one that is more likely to work. Thanks again...and to anyone else who answers!
