  6. We really enjoyed going to the Pheasant Pub near Heathrow airport.

  7. I am in love with London. It's the only place on the globe that I keep going back to over and over again. I even lived and studied there for a bit in 2004. If it weren't for the whole immigration red tape thing I probably wouldn't have left!

London is a very welcoming city, it just has an amazing aura that makes you feel excited.  I like the history in the city and sights that have been around for centuries (ex: Westminster Abbey).

Beyond the amazing sights and tourist traps (changing of the guard, big ben, london eye), the culture in London cannot be matched. You can find any type of food or shop you could want and there are tons of world class museums. I particularly like the British Museum and the Imperial War Museum.

If I had to narrow it to one thing I would say that I like the accessibility.  No matter what you're looking for it's never more than a short tube ride/walk away.  There's all types of sights, shops, restaurants all over the city.

It's so difficult to put why I love London into words but basically there's always something to do and always something you'll enjoy no matter who you are. Also I've always found the people to be really nice and interesting. Most of them are always excited to meet an American.
