  1. I'll say that there are many places you can go in Hong Kong. It depends where you live - Hong Kong Island? Kowloon? New Territories? There's shopping malls in all places and Hong Kong is very famous for shopping. Some good tourism places to go are :

    1. The Peak - Well.. It's a peak, and has a shopping mall. It's the highest place in Hong Kong Island (you can view it, there's also a nice tram to go on) There's also the Madam Tussades there.

    2. Disneyland - Obviously, The famous Disneyland. But yes, it's really small. I've been there 3 times (Twice with my friends and once with family) and i found it fun but way too less to do and too many people. Well, I went in the Summer and October.

    3. Ocean Park - People say that it's better than Disneyland. Probably. But I've been there at least 4 times. The last two times being Year 7 with the school and October this year. It has changed a lot in those two years and I think it's quite worth it. But when I went with my friend, we found it VERY crowded and it was hot. We hardly did anything. There's rides and Aquariums.

    4. Islands - Lantau Islands , Cheung Chau Island. All quite famous.

    5. Museums (sp?) - Hong Kong Space Museum is quite a famous one. Or maybe Science Museum, I've been to both, but i'm not too much of a museum person. If you are, you might want to go there.

    6. Sai Kung! - Famous for their seafoods. You can eat there while seeing people catching fishes. I love going there to eat but it is quite far from Hong Kong Island. I remember once seeing a squid being caught.

    7. Bays - Repulse bay? I forgot. I haven't been there for a long time and I'm not a beach person...

AND OF COURSE. A view around Hong Kong. Looking at the Victoria Harbour. Going to the "crowded popular" areas - Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, Mon Kwok, etc. Night shopping. Etc Etc! There's so much to do in HK

  2. Everything in Hong Kong is amazing I love it there and when I first went there I had the time of my life. The best thing to do is book a hotel on Hong Kong island. The best situated for travelling around and seeing everything. People say it is expensive to stay here but I didn't find it too bad. Look up Novotel Century Harbour View hotel at http://www.novotel.com/novotel/fichehote... this is a very cheap hotel I stayed at and very good quality. I did so many things it is too much to describe (I could write a book). Make sure you visit the Peak and walk along the trail and attractions around it. Also most importantly is to visit the big buddha. There is a bus (and a cable car now I think) which runs you from the island to the buddha. But the best thing to do is get there early and walk up to the po lin monestary and the buddha. There are so many breathtaking views, beaches etc along the way that you don't want to miss. I would never pay and get less of an experience using the transport. Also go to the antiques area of hong kong island (so interesting) and try to find some of the nightclubs. I went to one and you pay to get in but drinks are free once in there. Here is a nice, stylish one to get you started http://www.aqua.com.hk/ There is no city in the world better than Hong Kong and it is all close together which makes it convienient for travelling. I have travelled all of China and Japan and reccomend Hong Kong more than anything. Try to get a copy of a video called Jackie Chans guide to hong Kong. This was the video which made me want to go (I grew up watching Jackie Chan) and he tells you lots of interesting places to visit. Also look at the Hong Kong tourism board website (very useful and the best tourism website I have seen). Email me if you want more info and reccomendations

  3. Meet my favourite actor Stephen Chow and Jackie Chan.

  4. disneyland

  5. Go to the floating restaurant in the bay. The decor is something else and the food is great. The shopping is great in Hong Kong. Clothes are dirt cheap. I loved it there.
