SPRITE! because 7up has a weird taste. supposed to taste natural or something, but really it taste like your eating the peels of lemons and limes. yuckkk

7 up. Sprite tends to lose it's "kick" after you open it. Then it just tastes like sweet water.

I like both of them, sometimes I'm the mood for sprite and sometimes I might be in the mood for 7up.

But overall, I perfer 7up, I love the clean crisp lemon lime taste of 7up.
