What do you like better? Top Thrill Dragester or Kingda Ka?

Top Thrill Dragster is so much better than Kingda Ka!  I am located close to Kingda Ka and I feel it is highly overated!

Nothing can beat the view of Lake Erie from the top of Top Thrill Dragster.

Top Thrill Dragster!!!!

I couldn't care less about Kingda Ka's extra 50 feet in height, nor   its extra bunny hop at the end, the ride is much rougher, visually ugly (a spectacular view of....parking lot?), the structure itself is separated from the spectators, and the theming is worthless. The hill at the end is actually anti-climatic in a way. I do like the ride, but not love it like TTD.

TTD is an experience. There's much interaction going on from the spectators in the grandstand, to those waiting in the queue. The tower is in immediate proximity to everyone around it. I love how "Ready to Go" by Republica is played everytime two trains are set to launch. The ride itself is just awesome, with no over the shoulder restraints (just a lap bar, seatbelt)m, the view from the top is amazing, and the fact that there is nothing after that 400 ft drop, allows riders to revel in the awesomeness of what they experienced, without being distracted by a gimmicky hill.

I didn't expect to love TTD as much as I did. It's in my Top 10 steel.
