if we did not have milean for a first name we would probably use it as a middle name...

I love the name sadie if i have a girl her name is going to be sadie brooke  I think Sadie and Miley especially since miley has a special mening to you. Good luck!

avoid Miley to popular/trendy with the whole Miley Cruse thinggy...

go with sadie/stella but i would change it up a bit...  as twins share so much stuff and having simmaler names is just to much...

id have them share Milean as a MN as to avoid.. "Why did SHE get named after someone special and i didnt.. im not good enough"  

i know twins NMed after a GMother on each side and they have diffrent 1st names.. one Samatha (sam) and the other is Alexsandra (Alexis)...
