It really depends on the type. On a cold winters day I could really crave a thick slice of cheesy onion and ham pizza. On a hot day a thin slice of lemon tea cake and lemonade would be delicious, but anyway:

gosh the are totally opposite.

that depends on my mood.

however, pizza doesn't have to just be with tomato and cheese, you can have a thin slice of yellow cake as pizza crust with whip cream as tomato sauce and strawberries as pepperoni lol.

oh man i love both so much! and it definitely depends on what mood i'm in...but on the whole i think i love cake more, i have the worst sweet tooth ever :-p

Pizza. Pizza most likely is healthier because it includes a larger variety of ingredients than cake, which makes it taste that much better than cake.
