I once spent a couple days in my youth visiting Mont Tremblant, Quebec. I have to this day never forgotten the visit, and often I wake up at night from sublime dreams to the taste of these crepes I ate while there, in my mouth, causing me to salivate(not joking).--- Fruit will do, nutella and fudge as well; any cream is delicious, and it has to be sweet in my opinion, but what I had there was something altogether different and far more enthralling, and I have yet to experience it since

(in fact no food has compared. I really do long to taste it again). My goal is to make it back up there within a few years, but as a college student with little money or time to spare, it is hard to get around to, especially with the dollar as weak as it is, making it even more difficult to travel abroad. The mountain was beautiful and the air cold and crisp, but it is the creperie which I distinctly remember. "Creperie Catherine" I believe--- now as I was saying, it was a caramelized/melted brown sugar and butter, with the perfect flavor and consistency. It may sound strange but do not be fooled, it is incredible. Seek it out Jen. Best of luck.

sour cream and cottage cheese with an egg and sugar or honey added in. Then I like to fry them in butter and top them with fruit. I know this doesn't sound healthy and I'm sure it isn't, but it's a comfort food for me!
