i hate filthy london is not an answer, so haters go away---but lovers stay--what do you love about london

easy  transportation,

Everyone has same quality of Life

Large Green parks, Clean roads

Less disease and poverty

High Purchasing Power of the Pound

Value for money

less corrupted government

Freedom and democracy

What else?

there's always employment ... never mind what's happening with the economy etc there's always work in London if you want it

there's everything in the world here ... it might be difficult to find out about it, but it's there, somewhere ... people, food, culture etc etc

and you're reasonably safe ... OK no city is going to be totally safe (and many rural areas aren't either) but London is not a dangerous place to live

you can travel to just about anywhere easily from here, we've got trains, planes to all over the world

the History- the books/ the telly- the Radio ( in the usa there is hardly any drama/comedy/quiz shows on the radio)- the Theater

To be able to go in the shops in get foods/dvds/books/cds of the stuff you like ( there is only one REAL british tea shop/cafe near where I live and thank goodness for AmazonUK where I can get books/dvds/cds)
