What do you love and what do you hate about Chili's?

I am writing a business plan on how to improve Chili's overall.

So please tell me what you love, what you can't stand, what you can't get enough of and what you wish wasn't there!

Don't tell me specific dishes, more of; the acoustics and the atmosphere - the general experience you got from going, and how you would have it improve.

I DON'T LIKE THE SMALL PORTIONS FOR EXTREME HIGH PRICES. I THINK WE SHOULD GET MORE QUANTITY ON OUR PLATE FOR THE PRICE WE PAY.

I love chili's chips & salsa!There isn't really anything that i just can't stand though.
