  1. It is when a dog does something wrong, it is to scold it and to say 'Hey, yoo-hoo! You did that wrong!' So, if you are training a dog to heel, saying ack-ack is the scold for it. Non-mark is when a dog is being punished for bad, upsetting behaviour

  2. When a dog performs a task you want such as sit you give them and treat and say a mark words usch as "yes" so everytime you give your dog a command and he does it you say "yes" and give him a treat. This is called marker training. You mark the dogs behavior with a word. So a non-mark would be when the dog is being punished. But the same idea. You say "ack ack" every time your dog does something you dont want him to do such as pulling on the leash. You pop his collar and say "ack ack....heal." Etc

  3. ok, so it's basically a training method.  you say ACK ACK when the dog does wrong, and when i does right, you give it praise.
