What do you need for a local recycling business?

we are trying to make a local recycling business and we try to ask other similar businesses how to start and no one tells us anything.we already have the city permit but we dont know where to put it or how to start. any good advise would be good.

bottles and some volunteeres if pay them 5 cents per bolltle  then u can get a lot of bottles
