What do you need to become a certified daycare director?

If you're becoming a daycare provider than the state ask for certain documentation.  Like the quality of care, the center outlay, security and safety, your credentials (because we need good providers with the qualifications of a teacher), and much more.  Overall we would all like to know that you are capable of over seeing the whole program.
