The best thing would be a large old biscuit tin with a lid.....but some chippings or tea leaves on the bottom of the tin, put some foil over the chippings with some holes punched through it for the smoke to get out....pierce some similar holes in the tin lid...try and put some sort of rack over the foil to rest the food on...and there you are.
