What do you need to do to be on red cross disaster relief/emergency response team?

i know its volunteer and you have to take a prerequisite class or something? if anyone here has don this can you please tell me the process or how it works. thanks.

Contact your local Red Cross office (they're in the phone book) and ask to take a volunteering class.

They'll give you all the details.
