Getting PayPal Verified means adding and confirming a bank account, or getting approved for a PayPal Credit Product.

If you have an international account getting verified may include completing the Link and Confirm process.  Click on "View Limits" next to your PayPal balance to learn how to lift your livmits and get verified.

Do you have a paypal account?  If not, you need to go to Paypal and setup an account.  Then you will need to provide your banking account information.  They will make 2 little deposits within a couple days.  Once the deposits are made, you verify the amounts deposited to Paypal and they will consider you verified.
