What do you need to get a good job in the US ?

Hi my name is Zahida and i am from New York. I am getting married next year in Pakistan. My fiance has been working in a bank in Pakistan.its called UBL United Bank Limited Pakistan for the past 6 years. He has an MBA in Business Administration from Pakistan.He is a Customer Service Manager at UBL Pakistan. I wanted to know what would he need to have when he comes to the United States so he could get a good job here. I know there is a difference between degrees from the United States and a degree from Pakistan.I wanted to know what would the value be of his Masters degree from Pakistan. What would it be considered.. and what would he need to complete so he could have the same position that he right now has in Pakistan.

Does he speak English well? America will probably be a culture shock to him. I suggest a job in the IT field, Customer Service Manager is not really that important of a job.

He might be all right, just as he is. If the schools he went to are recoginized appropriately in Pakistan, he may be all right. Once you get all the immigration paperwork settled, and he's legal to work in the US, he should be able to apply for jobs as a customer service manager at US banks and other related institutions, and be hired as such.

Some employers in the US do require foreign applicants to verify that their foreign degrees are equivalent to those offered in the US. He can use a service like one of the ones on this list to do this work:
