everyone says you need to go to dealer school but what do you learn there that you can't find online

  1. Well, I'm assuming that most casinos will not even consider you unless you have attended one of these dealer schools.  What you get from the schools is a certificate saying that you have been trained up to the standards of a typical casino.

    Say you are a casino owner and you have the choice of two candidates: one who received proven personal training on the ins and outs and etiquette of working in a casino environment and the other who claims he picked up all he needs to know from some internet site.  Which of these candidates would you hire?
