What do you need to make a anime comic?

I got gimp, so I think I am in a good start, but still I know theres more then people need to make anime comic. So please help me if you got any ideas :3

Umm well lets see...

People LOVE magical things well I do so try something with magic like another world suddenly appears as a scientist looks through a telescope they come to the Earth as beautiful FEMALES all of them they have come to Earth beacuse their males have been wiped out so they see if they can mate with anyone on the planet and create a baby SO a beautiful one of them is found by a sweet strong guy and asks her if she needs help. Then all of a sudden she says they were going to get married and get all over him all the time he rejects so she in jealousy locks him up with magic until he agree's to marry her. After, this she throws herself at him within the magic cell but her magic doesnt effect him for some strange reason and he is let go but she continues to tail him and pop up at his school with his lunch and moves into his house *He lives alone parents travel all the time* In the end he gives in and falls in love with her!
