  1. You want to use 3/4 inch MDF (medium density fiberboard)

You can get it from your local hardware store.

    What woofers do you have?

There are recommended enclosure volumes for woofers, and you should build yours to spec.

www.the12volt.com has online calculators you can use to help you build the enclosures.

  2. well what i would need would be:

    3/4 MDF

    Wood cutting tools

    Wood glue

    Screws

    Resine

    Fiberglass

to design the box, youll need:

the model of subwoofers been used

    amount been used

decide what type of box is wanted, ported/sealed

recommended cubic space needed per subwoofer for the type of box wanted

    and design.

  3. I would recommend you use liquid nails, and screws to build a box that will last forever...

And won't have an irritating air leak that WHISTLES

If you are gonna make your own box then build it to the right specifications for your subs. It makes a huge difference if it is design for the subs that are in it  .... I Promise

Quick Tip...If you don't get your cuts exactly perfect...You can sand the MDF to make it look good around the edges
