What do you need to make an atv mexican and what are the costs?

As you can only take one vehicle into Mexico and have it remain there are you going to drive it across the border?  You need to register your vehicle when you apply for an FM3.

If you enter on an FMT your paper will be stamped with an auto so they will see if you try to exit by air they will want to know where your car is, also your car permit will only be good as long as the FMT (180 days) is valid and you will loose a bond from your credit card..as you exit mexico you have to turn in the decal from your windshield...hope this makes sense

Not sure what you mean?    do you mean register an atv in Mexico?   Need more information to help you out.  It is very difficult to bring an american vehicle to Mexico and sell it or register it.  They would prefer that you buy it in Mexico...
