What do you need to migrate from Germany to the USA?

I would like to know all the Steps one has to take to migrate from Germany to the USA... The Person wanting to migrate has a biological Mother in the USA and two Brothers.. Please only people whom really know what steps to take answer..Thank you!!

More information is needed.

Does this person migrating to the United States have contact with his/her biological Mother and brothers in the USA? Or must the mother/brothers be found/searched?

Nonetheless, the person wishing to travel to the United  States must attain a valid passport, and must be aware that upon arrival to the States, he/she will have to complete a form indicating the reason for his/her visit(business, leisure) including an address where he/she will be residing.  

The person may also look suspicious if he/she does not have a return trip ticket to the country of origin.

If, however, the person is married to an American citizen, the migration process is easier.

You would need to petition your son to come here.  This can take less than a year.
