I incorporated my company about three weeks ago with an online application, printed the stuff they sent me with the corporation number, name, and information about the directors and shareholders and all that (I'm the only director and shareholder), then I went to the bank and asked to open an account and they said that wasn't enough and I should get more in the mail. I haven't seen anything yet. All the information is there and it proves the business is incorporated - what more can they possibly need?

  1. The laws are strict to avoid money laundering and corporate or organized crime (illegal drugs) activity.  This is a problem in most countries except Switzerland where their laws are quite liberal.  The Swiss are essentially undercover money laundering machine.  The Swiss are essentially banking  criminals for the world.
