roasted duck with those pancake wrappers and scallions and hoisin sauce on the side

pan fried noodles

green chinese vegetables (bokchoy spinach like vegetable)

duck soup

snails

crab in black bean sauce (cantonese style)

anything made in cantonese style

fresh steamed fish

some mediocre place:

won ton soup and shrimp egg rolls

something lo mein

anything with a star that says "SPICY"

(Pho is vietnamese.   Seriously).

I like pork fried rice, spare ribs, any kind of spicy chicken, i stay away from that sliced up beef cuz its very stringy, but i do like sesame and mongolian beef. yum
