  1. I prefer Chicken Malai Tikka or Chicken Burger ot Chicken pizza. U are vegeterian so u have limited choice.

  2. wOw...

  3. I'm a vegetarian (I eat dairy though) but no meat, seafood or eggs. I usually just end up ordering side items or sometimes I order meat entrees and I just ask them to leave the meat off. I get alot of weird looks and questions but hey, I'm the one paying for it and I'm the one eating it! But unless you find a good vegetarian/vegan resturant in your area, that's the best way to go! And lots of salads of course...

  4. I shall order vegetarian dish. It is the best food for all age.

  5. I'm lacto-ovo so it is usually pretty easy for me. It really depends where your eating, Angelo's is my favourite they have all sorts of interesting salads, the kind you can eat as a main dish, like twelve grain (has an asian type flavour) or couscous with walnuts and apricots.

But when I go for dinner with my family (not just my Mum who, although omnivorous, appreciates falafel and such.) we usually end up at boston pizza or east side mario's where they don't really have anything vegan besides pasta and so I eat that or pizza or cheesy stuffed mushrooms.

I suppose your best bet would be the buffet or side/appetizer menu.

  6. look on the peta2.com website and theres lists of stuff to eat at different restraunts. good luck! : )

  7. I order salads.

  8. i'd go with Indian and Asian food.and a sh*t-load of fruits (mango's, pineapple, bananas, apples, etc.).

back in the *day*, meat was rare, so asians put a lot of carbs / veges into their diet.

top it off, eating a cow? was bad form for religion in India.

plus you got the the tofu thing going on.

so yeah, they even got "fake" vege chicken.

  9. Im not vegatarian or vegan so I can order anything wen i am out. But if u don't eat meat or dairy i supose u could order a salad with like Italian dressing, which is basically vingar and water. (no dairy in that dressing) Or u could get a soup, try like sweet potato bisqu (if they have that) or corn and pepper or any of the vegtable soups with no meat. They ususally come with a warm dinner roll too at most resturants. Hope this helps a little. =]

  10. I like all foods-so what ever is on the menu that interests me I get...When i was pregenant I loved the vegetarian subway subs!...U are limited-I would suggest a change-I don't know what to tell you-A salad....fruit....Good luck-A thick juicy steak does'nt sound good to you?...I don't know how u do it!...

  11. Tell them that you are a vegetarian and your list of don't eats and most restaurants will help you, if they do not leave and find another one that will and don't go back. Most restaurants worth anything will come up with ideas for you other than traditional rabbit food (salad).

  12. vegetable stir fry

  13. I order salads or fruit salad anything with NO meat because I dont eat meat or eggs [vegetarian] lol.

  14. i dont eat anything that's not prepared in my own kitchen

  15. subway has foot long salad sandwiches with or with out cheese i ge the without.

also toco bell has bean barritos with or without cheese and both are wonderful i usually get 2 or three and sometimes they have tostotas but not all carry them.

hardies has salads and frinch fries and onion rings

windies baked potatoes with sour cream and butter frinch fries and side salads.

and if in a pinch and not sure what to do for breakfast hardies has crasants with eggs and cheese or without i can go eather way for flavor but usually wihtout.

some grocery stores have salad bars

    grape juice gaterade

    potato chips corn chips

    bread and lettuce and tomato

    canned fruit such as grapefruit

    or delli mac and cheese

    fried okra mashed potatoes

    or slaw

in a pinch i love plain tofu but you have to be weard eatre to like it plain without seasoning and cooking and not all brands are goood.

  16. Side dishes and salads! And make SURE they're safe. Ask your waiter or waitress to check. They'll usually be totally cool with it and even converse with you about your diet. Make sure you leave a tip, though!

  17. I eat salads, pasta with marinara sauce, ministroni soup, some restaurants have vegan rice, Panda Express has vegan rice. Subway sandwiches has a veggie patty that's really good and amazingly inexpensive for the size. Funny but Burger King has a veggie burger. It costs more than the Subway one when you concider the size difference and it doesn't taste as good to me for some reason. Not sure about their ingredients in the bread.

  18. Well... I ask for dishes (like pasta) without the meat. Soup, salad, etc. And appetizers. Always make sure with soup that there is no chicken broth. Yuck.

  19. Food

  20. Some restaurants offer a vegan type dish, but you should know what your limitiations are already before you even consider becoming vegan. I hope you are eating enough of the right foods that contain heam so that protein can be obsorbed into your blood.

  21. It all depends on which restaurant I go to, because not all of them have a vegan/vegetarian option.  Sometimes I get a salad, but if I don't feel like dealing with the agorance in that they cannot supply atleast one dish without meat, then I sit at the bar and watch tv, while the others are eating.

Some restaurants prepare the meat infested dish, with out meat, by subsituting it with extra veggies, while others don't.  Most restaruants have a menu outside the restaurant so that you can see what is available before you enter.  That way, you can know if you want to go there or not.  When I am out with my family, they always check to make sure there is a meat-less dish before we go in, just so that I have something to eat, and so that they don't pay $ 9.95 for lettice and tomato

hmm... good luch with your search !

  22. Saled! A good ole Ceaser Saled with a bit of dressing and some crutons. Hmm I spelt crutons wrong...

  23. how do u live?

  24. As a caterer I find that almost every client asks for vegetarian options these days. i don't know why more restaurants aren't jumping on this bandwagon and offering fresh tasty dishes that can be prepared from ingredients that they already have on hand. With maybe a few more pantry items on hand like soy based mock mayo. Asian, Italian, Indian and sandwich places seem to have the most options.
