  1. I'd have to disagree on the dolphin vs shark one.  Mythbusters have done various tests on Great Whites down in South Africa, the so called air jaws.  On all their tests, if the shark thinks there's a dolphin nearby, they run away, the shark even ran away from blood dripping chum in the water when it thinks a dolphin is nearby.

You have a rifle and 10 rounds, all you gotta do is drop one of them, the rest will scatter.

  2. Hmm... a lot of these animals have already been pitted against each other in the wild; for example, most of the time dolphins swim in groups so of course a group of dolphins can beat a single shark, and vice versa.  Here's my best guess what the outcomes might be:

-Cat versus dog:  A single cat would probably win if the dog was smaller or equal to it in size (cats have claws AND fangs, so they tend to scare off most dogs their size or less = winning?).  However, I've heard stories from the shelter where I volunteer of larger dogs tearing apart cats (Especially young/small cats).  So in this round it really depends; I'd say overall cats usually win, cuz' one once sent BOTH of my retrievers (about 60 pounds each) flying after a quick swipe on their noses ;).

    WINNER:  Depending on situation- cat.

-Dolphin versus Great White Shark:  Assuming both were alone, I'd have to say the shark- Great Whites can grow up to 20 feet long or more; dwarfing most dolphins by a good 8 feet or so.  But if the dolphin was in a group they could probably drive a single shark away.  WINNER:  One-on-one- Shark.

-As much as it pains me to admit it,  a mother grizzly would defenitely beat a male lion- most male lions tend to bluff rather than actually fight with other male lions, but grizzlies are very skilled at killing (male lions usually are very poor hunters due to their heavy manes, so the females do the killing for them- lazy guys...;)  Not to mention there are few things more furious than a mother grizzly with cubs in tow- she has longer claws, a longer reach, bigger teeth, and a heck of a bigger bad attitude.   WINNER:  Mother Grizzly, paws down.

-I like both wolves and leopards, so this one is really hard- leopards are very sneaky and can grow to be almost 300 pounds; a single wolf will hardly reach half of that in their lifetime.  Still, one doesn't become the head wolf by losing fights.  A wolf pack would certainly drive off if not beat a leopard, but a single wolf probably couldn't do it alone (especially because they are very pack driven animals and depend on one another when they hunt).   I'd have to say the leopard would win in a one-on-one fight, as they are renowned for their lightning speed and have sharper claws and fangs then a wolf.  WINNER:  Leopard, if one-on-one.

-Gorilla versus tiger- Ah, now here's a slightly easier one.  Female gorillas are rather docile unless really enraged, but the males can be quite intimidating.  They often defend their troops from leopards, but tigers are another story entirely.  Even the largest male Gorilla can't compare to the largest tiger (Siberian tigers can reach almost 800 pounds or more) as they have both claws, fangs, and speed on their side.   I have also read about tigers who have killed leopards when kept in captivty together (circuses, ect), so by simple order of succession, tiger beats gorilla.  WINNER: Tiger, definitely.

-African Wild Dog versus African Wild Cat:  Now that's too easy- a wild dog (assuming it's alone of course, like wolves they usually live in packs) may be a less efficient a killer, but they have the strongest mouth-to-bite strength ratio of all medium-size mammals.  Wild dogs are also much bigger than African wild cats, so even a single dog should be able to win in a fight with a wild cat.  WINNER:  Wild Dog, pretty easily.

-5 Male Cheetahs versus 4 Wolves- Now I LOVE cheetahs, so it deeply pains me to say this, but most cheetahs are rather timid, and even five males living together (which would be the most aggressive type of cheetah) wouldn't win this fight.  Wolves aren't as fast, but they have a much greater stamina and endurance, plus wolves play-fight more often and are used to working and fighting as a team more than most cheetahs.  Wolves have much stronger jaws than cheetahs and more powerful muscles; not to mention almost all cheetahs who encounter wild dog packs are severely wounded/killed.  Although I hate to admit it, it's a dog-eat-cheetah world.  WINNER: Wolves, though I hate to admit it.

-Rooster versus Roadrunner- I've never actually heard of a Roadrunner fighting another bird (just coyotes ;) so I'm not really sure about this one- all I know is roosters can be raised to fight and are usually about the same weigh.  WINNER:  No real clue, just guessing a rooster due to aggressive nature.

-Spider versus 2 Bees- Ah, this one I think is also unanswerable, as it really depends on the spider/bee specie.  Some bees actually lay their eggs on a spider's back, and when the eggs hatch they devour the spider alive :P  so I think the bees win that round; however, if a large spider was facing two small bees he might survive the poison from their stingers and outlive them (as they would die from stinger loss anyway).  Bees don't really fight as a team, but still two outnumbers one, so I think the spider might lose depending on the situation.  WINNER:  Again, just guessing, but probably spider.

Human Versus ALL:  XD XD XD Seriously?  He only has 10 bullets against over 15 animals?  My dad has been hunting for years and even he would need all 10 bullets just for the leopard and lion (I've seen a video of a lion get shot six times before going down).  Sorry, but no way a human could beat all of these guys without a bazooka or bomb.  WINNER:  Animals inherit the Earth.

This was really fun to answer, great question!  :D  Hope you get lots of interesting answers!

  3. I would. I would let the others fight it out. And kill anything that tried to kill me.

    Thats my final answer.

  4. what kind of rifle and rounds are you sticking the human with? if its a 30-06 or lower, he is going to have a hard time killing the survivors of these epic battles before they can take him down.

    I'd recommend a 7.62 rifle :) :)

  5. The bees.

  6. i think the five cheetahs will win
