  1. peaches and cream corn

    peppers

    steak tomatoes

    cherry tomatoes

    beets

  2. It depends on what climate zone you live in. People in Florida are going to plant something different than if you live in Maine. It also depends on how much water you get. If you live in Arizona it's not likely a water garden would be appropriate.

If you live in the midwest we plant tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers, rasberries, blackberries, and a wide variety of flowers such as roses, shasta daisies, geraniums, tulips, dafodils etc.

  3. I grow veggies, herbs, citrus, avocado, perennials and annuals, as well as turf.  Every year, I evaluate where I need to fill in for shade, where I need erosion control, privacy barriers or where something died last year.  Then I buy the plants or seeds or trade cuttings, seeds or plants with my friends or neighbors to fill in.  I usually wind up putting in at least 200 new ones every year.

  4. Tomatoes, Asparagus, Corn, Sunflowers, Green Beans, Lima Beans, Squash, Gourds, Zinnias, Cosmos, Daisies, Celosia, Snapdragons, Scabiosa, Straw flower, Asters, Cucumbers, Watermelons, Sweet Potatoes.

  5. Tulips. I love them. But the squirrels always eat the seeds. :[
