What do you ppl think of fighting in school??

I have fought once in school and the stupid Wh*re went looking for me and of course she thought she was such a big bad fighter and I showed her what was up!!!!! ;)

I think that if it is nesseccary or that person hits you first then I have no problem with it...BUT when It's over the stupidest reasons and when its plannned I hate it. Oh and as other users have already said there fun to watch!! :)

I only fight for self defense. Fighting is pointless but it will never go away.

i think pysical fighting in general is pointless.

all it is doing is promoting more violence...

I will hit back if i am hit. I never have that problem because i'm a nice guy, and i'm big enough so that people don't just look for a fight with me. But if i ever do get in a fight, for whatever reason, i will break his jaw.

I think it is pointless. When I was in high school, it seemed like kids would get into violent fights over the most ridiculous stuff.

Well, fighting over stupid reasons such as pride, "getting back" or whatever are a little overrated.

But in a situation where someone is honesty trying to hurt someone and that person needs to defend  (for example, hostage situation), then it is acceptable, because it is a life or death situation.

I hope that never happens to me...

I think that fighting is being a little instigator and just trying to start stuff to make yourself seem better,Stronger and smarter. It really makes you look Weaker, Stupoid and Pointless.

I think it shows lack of maturity or intelligence, but I see nothing wrong with a student defending themselves if another kid attacks them.

The whole "just walk away" c**p is just that; c**p!

If someone is hitting you, sometimes you have to defend yourself to get them off and students in that situation should NOT be punished.

Although it can be sort of exciting in the moment, I still think it's pointless. It doesn't solve anything, because the two people fighting are even angrier than they were before... All that comes from it are rumors and ambarassment, basically.

But, that just me. I'm not a fighter to begin with. I'm too easy going, and don't get angry very easily... not two qualities of a fighter..

Anymore, fighting at school can get you expelled.  It used to be in the 70's that if 2 people fought at school, they fought fair fights, and afterwards, even shook hands, and often times, ended up friends.  It's a different world today.  I think that if we let kids fight, as long as they fought fair, and not let them get hurt badly, that the crime rates would go down, because anger would be let out in a civilized way.
