What do you prefer, muscle cars or sporty cars?

Muscle cars - Mustang, Charger, Camaro, etc.

Sporty cars - 350z, G35, WRX Sti, etc.

For the open road I like the muscle cars. For mountain, curvy roads and in town, I like the sporty cars.

I settled on a Toyota Solara. Nice amount of power and handles well. Also, 28 MPG.

They're still  fast in a straight line, but they'll kill a muscle car at the first curve.

I'm all about muscle. But the other answers are right when it comes to tight turns and drifting I guess sporty.

Sporty Cars. Sports cars are like a tamed beast, while the Muscle is still loose. But to be honest, I absolutely hate your examples. the 350z is absolute c**p. It hs so much plastic, it may melt in the sun, the door handles are completely stupid looking, it lacks in cargo space, and has no high-end torque. The G35 has a very boring interior, and lacks in the quality you would feel in a BMW 3-Series, or Mercedes CLK. The WRX has rock hard suspension, making it able to feel everything you run over. It may be fun for the highway and on the track, but it lacks practicality.

Cars that I view as sports cars are:

BMW M3, Audi A5/S5, Mercedes SLK, Porsche Boxter, Etc.
