I think it kinda depends on facial features, hair color and stuff. Tan might look good on one person and it doesn't on somebody else.

MILKY WHITE, PALE SKIN!!!!

it always looks better than having brown or orange skin, and it makes much more of an impact no matter what you wear. I mean,look at all these "tanned" people- if they wear certain colors they become mono colored...their hair matches their eyes matches their skin matches their clothes.

How ugly is THAT?
