What do you prefer the 747-400 or the 777-300ER?

I could never decide between these two particular aircraft. I love them both. I love the 747 for it's size, looks, and achievements. I love the 777-300ER for its GE90-115B engines and modern design and comfort.

I like the 747 because it looks better, especially the hump thing near the cabin on top. The 777 is skinnier and i personally like the 747 better. It is also the plane of our president. Air force one.

I like the 777. I worked for the airlines so I'd fly first class...and when I'd recline my seat all the way on a 747, the leg thing kept dropping. Bah! Woe is me!

As with any aircraft B-747 or B-777 it all depends on the airline and passenger compartment lay out.

I have flown and inspected both.  They are both wide bodies meaning many seats.  The 747 can still carry more weight which means more passenger comfort items for long flights.  

The carrier the big difference here.  Many American airlines customer service is very bad such as United Airlines flight attendants who seem to have an attitude (it not my job).  However Singapore airlines if first class with everything.

On long flights American carriers seldom clean the toilets if at all.  All of the Asian carriers I have flown like ANA and JAL do clean the toilets often and have very good customer service.  The seating is cramped on their aircraft because they are not designed for the FAT Americans who complain about everything.  This is one reason I do not fly on American carriers any more I can not put up with the winning Americans who think they are better than others.  Being an American I think I have a right to complain about other Americans and often tell them they are out of place when they are.

The 747 of course... cuz is a big plane wich we can flight to almost all the world... almost all the biggest airlines use this plane only 4 one reason... is the best plane of the story... but we dont have to be sure 4 a lot of time cuz the A380 comes nd will mark the history   [e-mail]

747-400 because it is one of the best planes in the world and not even the a380 will beat it

The 747 is a great aircraft. But the 777 is the customers plane.  Modern and built for comfort.

747-400 for me. Its a classic aircraft.
