I found a # in my purse and I don't recognize it so I want to call it and see who it is but I don't want to emmbarass myself. If it's someone I know, I'll recognzied their phone. Is it like * 67 than 1 (area code plus 7 digits). Thanks. Oh, the first 3 digits are 336.

  1. It's *67 then dial the number. That's all good luck.

  2. *67 and then how ever you would normally dial the number, the 1 would only be needed if it was long distance (then 1- area code-7 digit #).  They may not accept blocked or "private calls"  you can also look the number up online to see who's it is (if it is a land line).

  3. its *67 and its free....its the only star feature that is free from any phone provider!!

  4. Ok:

In the US, it is *67.

In the UK and ireland, it is 141,

    In Australia, it is 1831

  5. You should have the feature called Per call block

and the star code varies from service proider to service provider

it would be 2 digits followed by a * symbol

    *69

    *67

  6. *67 then what you would normally do. if you are in that same area code then *675555555 or if out of it then:

    *67 (area code) 555-5555.
