What do you put in a Discussion and Conclusion for a Science Report?

I'm writing a science report and I was wondering what I was supposed to write in my discussion and the conclusion.

The discussion is the part we you look deeper in to the data you listed in the results section. You try to find trends in the data you measured, more than in the results because there you only list facts. In the conclusion you make some interpretations that are based on the results but not directly derived from them. In other words, you can make further hyptheses to prove something that was unexpected or you use the hypotheses you managed to prove or disprove to support some theory.
