  1. Thai fried rice:

    Cooked chicken/ pork

    Fish sauce

    Green onions

    Chilli pepper flakes

    Thai basil (lots!)

    bean sprouts

    Scrambled eggs

    Sriracha sauce

  2. Ingredients 1: 1Bombay onion,1pinch of dried prawns,5 dry chillies. Pound it./ blend

Ingredients 2 : Any of choice( fish cake, prawn, squid, ikan bilis)

    2 spoonful of cooking oil.

  3. Soy sauce, green and white onions, bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, egg and my hearty appetite!

  4. this is how i do it-

    leftover chicken or pork, shredded-

put cooked rice in a saute pan with  1 1/2 tbsp oil, add generous soy sauce, small brocolli heads, shredded carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, and a little fresh ginger.

add meat and cook until heated through.

add two eggs and scramble while cooking.

  5. Rice left in the refrigerator in an open container.  Let warm up and separate with HANDS to get rid of the clumps.

    Onion (green is my preference)

    FRESH snow peas, chunked up

Chicken, cut small then flour, egg, flour drench

Shitaki mushroom (same size chunks as the rest)

    Garlic

    Beaten eggs

    Cashew nuts (lightly toasted)

    FRESH cilantro

SMALL amount of turmeric, tamarind, cumin and coriander (basically, the mains of yellow curry powder)

Freshly chopped iceberg lettuce (thin strips)

Stir fry the chicken until browned then remove

Stir fry the veggies and garlic for a short bit (maybe a minute) then remove

Stir fry the rice until it starts to pop

Pull it all out and scramble the eggs

Before the eggs are completely done, throw everything back in and stir well

Add the cilantro, cashews, spices, a bit of soy sauce, and ground pepper to taste.

Just before serving, toss in the lettuce.  If you use lettuce, it won't reheat as well but it does add a good crunch.
