  1. For the first time, a black man has a chance to be President.

I'd be proud too. That's what she was trying to say, albeit awkwardly.

  2. She'll make an excellent ambassador of good will, tolerance, common causes, and will present a very positive side of American society and culture.

After all, she is NOT proud of mass murder, torture, injustice, and oppression.

    SHE has good judgment.

  3. Well it depends on what else was said.  She could have been leading up to that statement with something else, so don't judge her by just one line.  That is not the worst thing anyone has ever said, look at Bush he says stupid things all the time.

  4. no way

    go clinton!!!!

  5. Conservatives have seized on this as unpatriotic.

What it means is that for her is that for the first time America truly means a place where "all men are created equal"

  6. i think it is very sad, she had a wonderful, easy life growing up.  she got the best of everything america has to offer and it made her educated and rich.  she is only proud now because a black man is doing well in the race? its ridiculous.
