  1. Likely, your getting hired requires approval from a senior manager/owner of the store.  You first interview was likely with a junior manager, and their job was to pass on those who they like for approval by the 'big guy'.  

    Approach it just like the first interview.  


  2. The second interview usually gets into more detail about what your job responsibilities are. Its a good sign when they want to bring you back-They will ask you more in depth questions about your previous experience etc. You should prepare yourself for the interview as well. Write down a few questions like; What is the hardest part of this job? Whats a typical day like? What would make a person successful in this job? Is there a career path?
