  1. If you're into art, go to art galleries e.g. The Tate Modern, The National Gallery etc.  They're free except for the temporary exhibitions, but if you have student cards then you'll get a discount.

At the moment the weather is warmish but its unpredictable so bring a jacket and an umbrella just incase.

Covent Garden is great, it's got street performers and loads of shops.  Hyde Park is nice if the weather's hot.  Camden Town and Brick lane have pretty cool markets.

http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/ is a good website and you can find clubs, bars or anything else on there.  Some clubs are expensive so it's best to go to ones that have student nights on.

If you arrive early on the 24th you can go to the Notting Hill Carnival.

Madame Tussauds, the London Eye is also quite popular for people coming to London for the first time, but I think they're a little pricey.

http://www.visitlondon.com/ is also a good website for attractions and stuff.

  2. Go shopping down Oxford Street and go to loads of clubs :)

  3. See museams, big parks, perhaps even visit london zoo during the day (its great).

Go for lunch etc and then club at night!

This way you get to see everything in London.

    Have fun!

  4. Thanks for your question.

This - and lots of other information which you'll find useful - is at http://www.IsLondonExpensive.com  - produced by Alun Hill, a London Journalist.

There's loads of vouchers for discounts on entry, purchases and travel, too.

Feel free to use this site to get even more information - and do leave comments to help others, please.

  5. it really goes form rain to sunny. so everything! dresses, shorts, jeans, raincoats (you wont really need a jacket, it is quite warm when it rains).

you will need to go on the london eye, book on the internet for discounts. and clubbing. topshop in oxford circus is always worth a visit even if you dont buy anything!

also have a day at hyde park and take a picnic, it sounds boring but when you take like a football and water tennis things it gets quite amusing, while looking at all the hot boys with their tops off. (:

  6. http://www.londonisfree.com/

Try this website. It has loads of free (and some cheap) things to do in london and should cover all travel information too.
